Ingredients- Gurdmar Bitter Melon, Fenugreek Seed, Guduchi, Jamun Seed, Milk Thistle, Paneer Dodi, Haritaki, Senna Leaves, Peppermint Leaves, Amla, Stevia Leaves, Licorice, Cinnamon Barks, Ginger Root and Cloves

Brewing Instructions:

Scoop 1 teaspoon (2 g) of the leaves into a teapot. Pour 200ml of water freshly boiled at 80°C over the leaves and let the infusion steep for 4-5 minutes. Strain directly into another teapot or directly into the serving cup.
